there had been a switch in the outlook of the world to your nation. I
feel that you deserve to be given all the help that you will need to
rebuild your nation....and i hope that the past terrible regime had not
taken your spirit as well....instead it would keep the fire burning in

children should be given proper medical care....and counselling for the
terrors they had to endure to survive. Let the children know of the
